Attorney Support/

Legal Investigations

Q. What can you do that a paralegal can’t do?

A. Sometimes, cases go in unexpected directions and require much more attention and time than expected. Dedicated Investigations can help by providing attorney support, often with the paralegal being the point of contact between investigator and litigator. We work well with paralegals and attorneys – the end goal is to assist in obtaining better verdicts and settlements.

Q. What do you mean by ‘Attorney Support’?

A. Attorney support is when Dedicated Investigations help the attorney obtain information needed for their case. We support the attorney by conducting witness interviews, providing due diligence/background checks, open-source intelligence, record pulls, asset checks, and witness locates. Analysis in an information-intensive society requires time and attention to research and consider data relative to a case. Dedicated Investigations is ready to step up and offer assistance.

Q. Do you write investigative reports?

A. Yes, we do. Our investigative reports are objective, professional, and court-ready. Attachments provided with our reports contain the hash value to prove the integrity of the evidence.

Q. Are your investigations confidential?

A. Yes. Confidentiality is one of the main operating principles at Dedicated Investigations. Aside from collaboration with the legal team, all aspects of the investigation remain confidential.

Q. Who do you work for, the client or the attorney?

A. We work directly under the auspice of the attorney.

Q. Can you get phone records, bank records, or tax returns?

A. Very specific situations allow access to phone, bank, or tax records. If the requirements are unmet, obtaining those documents is not legal.

Q. Do you buy data from the Dark Net?

A. No. Our data is collected through legitimate databases, research, and investigations. We corroborate evidence with at least two sources when gathering facts for our investigative reports.

Q. Do you offer a free consultation?

A. Yes, we do. We offer a free one-hour consultation so we can understand your needs.

Q. How much do you charge?

A. It depends. Most of our cases are billed by the hour plus expenses. Once we consult with the client about the nature of the case, we can set an initial budget. For new clients, we require a retainer arrangement.

Q. What type of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and checks.
